watercolour 14 1/2 x10 1/2 " The late afternoon shadows are so marvellous. So much subtle and vivid colours. Out skiing behind our house is our own trail overlooking the valley. I can feel the crispness of the day and the bite of my skis in the snow.
I really like this one Pam, and the squash. Actually all 3 too would be lovely as seasonal cards too if you are thinking about some new cards....me, I am thinking about Gallery 215 and how well your cards go up there!
My earliest memories are of being close to nature. “Even when I had an urban address, the country is where my heart lived and I would escape the city at every opportunity. I celebrate the environment around me in my work. The animals, the sunsets and the quiet growing of the trees all call me back to myself.” I am committed to local living and sustainability.
I live on a small farm near Earltown, in the Cobequid Mountains. I share it with my partner and an assortment of furred and feathered creatures.
